Dispute Resolution Policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
If something about a project isn't right, I want to hear about it and fix it. This is how disagreements are handled.
1. Tell me first
Email johnpajegal87@gmail.com with what went wrong and what you'd like to happen. Include your invoice or receipt number if you have one. I'll reply as soon as I can.
2. Work it out together
We look at the quote, our messages and the work done, and try to agree on a fix: changes, extra time, or an adjusted invoice.
3. Mediation
If we still can't agree, we can ask a neutral person we both accept to help us reach an agreement. We share any cost of that equally.
4. Formal steps
Formal or legal action is a last resort, after the steps above.
Payments
Please contact me before disputing a payment with your bank or payment provider. Most problems are faster to fix directly.
Keep records
Agreements, changes and approvals are best made in writing, by email or message, so we both have the same record.
